Our organisation's mission is to ensure that our products and services meet both market expectations and the requirements of corporate social responsibility. To this end, we develop our products and services to the highest possible standards, in line with our technological and intellectual capabilities, in order to meet our customers' needs.To achieve these objectives, we have established and operate a quality management system with the following characteristics:
- it meets the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard,
- it defines the quality management tasks for all members of the Organisation,
- it enables the progressive improvement of the Organisation's human and material resources and technical standards,
- it enables the continuous development of the quality of the company’s products and the processes of the system,
In order to meet the demands of our customers in accordance with the criteria described above, we maintain direct and close relationships with them. We also work closely with our vendors, making them aware of our quality objectives and the methods we use to achieve these objectives.

- eliminating or managing hazards and practices in our business that could cause accident, injury or illness to people, damage to property, or unacceptable impacts on the environment.
- assisting all employees to meet their health, safety and environmental obligations.
- conducting all of our activities mindful that the decisions we make should take into account both short and long term economic, environmental and community considerations.
- conducting our HSE activities in a way that progressively brings us closer to the relevant EU standards.
We will demonstrate this commitment by
- Integrating Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management into the planning and operation of all CORROCONT businesses. Accountability for implementing this policy will be clearly defined and the principles by which we operate will be effectively communicated.
- Providing systems for identifying, classifying, assessing, controlling and reviewing HSE risks in all areas and project sites.
- Establishing and communicating formal, documented processes for controlling HSE risks and effectively managing incidents.
- Ensuring that adequate resources, with appropriate training and qualifications, are provided to manage, maintain and implement HSE systems and controls. Systems for work procedures will be developed, implemented, maintained and reviewed regularly for appropriateness.
- Maintaining communication channels to each employee to provide staff with relevant information on HSE issues.
- Ensuring employee engagement by giving our employees the opportunity, and encouraging them, to share their views and freely report HSE-related issues.
- Measuring, monitoring and reviewing HSE performance as part of our management reviews, with records maintained and results reported to senior management and relevant authorities.
- Ensuring that procedures relating to the purchase or supply of goods or services include HSE requirements consistent with these management principles. Sub-contractors must comply with our HSE standards and requirements.
- Ensuring that, in the event of a work related injury or illness we support the full recovery of injured employees through prompt treatment and active rehabilitation programs. In the event of an environmental incident, we will take action as may be necessary to minimise the impact of any such incident.
- Ensuring that we always take the opportunity to learn from incidents and improve our HSE capabilities accordingly.
- Respecting and complying with our customers' HSE requirements and regulations when an employee of ours visits or works at the customer's premises.
- Taking all viable opportunities to reduce waste, conserve energy and recycle materials.
